This website introduces SLIDEVIEW services. Its content is general information, not a binding quote or an agreement to deliver work. An enquiry does not create a contract.
Engagements
Work begins under a separate written agreement identifying the parties, deliverables, fees, payment arrangements, timelines, responsibilities and any support. Scope changes, cancellation and refund arrangements are addressed there, subject to applicable law.
Materials and access
Clients are responsible for accurate instructions and permission to use supplied materials. Access to accounts and systems must be agreed and protected. Delivery may depend on timely feedback and approvals.
Intellectual property
Project ownership and licences are set out in the service agreement. Third-party tools and assets remain subject to their own licences. Site materials may not be commercially reused without permission except where the law allows.
Proper use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or interfere with the website. Availability and error-free content cannot be guaranteed. Nothing here removes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Results and third parties
Advertising platforms control their own rules and decisions. No specific campaign outcome, ranking, traffic, sales or return is guaranteed. References to other organisations do not establish endorsement.
